Artifacts

I have experience developing many types of visualizations, including personas, journey maps, experience maps, blueprints, scenarios, and task analyses. The content for the diagrams usually comes from some combination of primary research, secondary research, expert interviews, and co-design sessions. Artifacts are always customized to subject matter, brand, and the people who will use them. My background in graphic design is an asset when designing artifacts.
